1.Bulk Customization

(1)Customizable items: Cookware, colors, and color boxes.

(2)Logo customization positions: bottom of the cookware, lid, handle, and color box.

(3)Minimum order quantity for color boxes: 800-1000 pieces (as required by the carton manufacturer). For orders less than 800 pieces, an additional $100 start fee is required.

2.Small-Batch Customization

(1)Products in stock with brown mail boxes (without logos) can have custom logo stickers.

(2)Logo customization positions: Handle, lid, and brown mail-order boxes (excluding the bottom and body of the pot).

(3)Minimum order quantity for custom logo stickers: 100 pieces (as required by the logo manufacturer).

(4)Minimum order quantity per product: Determined by the main carton specification. For example, if 1 carton contains 2 sets, the minimum order is 2 sets; if 1 carton contains 20 frying pans, the minimum order is 20 pieces.

(5)You can search for “LOGO” in the upper right corner of the page to view all products that can have logos stuck on the handle, lid, and regular mail-order boxes. Contact WhatsApp customer service to confirm stock.

3.Minimum Order Quantity for Logistics

Logistics companies use 1 cubic meter as the minimum measurement unit. Orders less than 1 cubic meter will be charged as 1 cubic meter. Therefore, the minimum order quantity for all products is 1 cubic meter. Multiple products can be purchased in a mixed order (approximately 10-30 cartons, depending on carton volume).

4. Process of Purchase

Step 1.Choose the products .  The price on my website are price of factory,excluding any freight.

Step 2.Tell WhatsApp customer service (+86 195 1131 7937) about the product you want to buy, and the customer service will quote and calculate the freight from the Chinese factory to the Chinese logistics warehouse according to the weight and volume of the product.

Step 3. Tell WhatsApp customer service (+86 195 1131 7937) your receipt information . Pay the cost of the product and the domestic logistics costs in China.Factory delivery.

Step 4. Waiting for logistics transportation,and the logistics company  will notify the customer to pick up the cargos. 

5.Other Instructions

(1)Products without prices on the webpage are bulk customizable products with no stock. They can be customized in terms of color boxes, colors, and logos, with a minimum order quantity of over 1000 sets. You can also send pictures of customized products to WhatsApp customer service.

(2)Priced products on the webpage are in-stock items, supporting small-batch wholesale. Packaging includes color boxes(with logo) and brown mail-order boxes. Please inform customer service of the quantity to confirm stock before purchasing.

(3)The prices listed on the webpage are factory prices, excluding freight. Please inform WhatsApp customer service of your address and postal code to calculate the freight. If you have a freight forwarder in China, the products can be delivered to your warehouse in China.
